can't download to p.c or dvd

i have a "rescue your videotapes 3.0" and when i try to save a project to a external hard drive (1 Tb) or burn to a DVD it tells me there an error "Try again with other settings and makes sure theres enough free space" well ive tried all settings and theres plenty of free space. any suggestions

Can you gives us more details of your system:

- windows version,

- hard drives - size and free space

- project size.

- computer memory

I suspect that you have 2 different problems:

1 Your external drive was not formatted using the version of windows you have.

2. Your C drive is low on space to create the image.

Can you create a folder on your external drive and copy files to it ?
