Can't download software

I've just had an aborted application of the upgrade patch. Possibly "error code 1935" although I can't get back to the error screen to verify.

Before the error, it looks like my current copy of Music Maker was uninstalled by the patch? In any case, the shortcut now says it's pointing to a program that no longer exists.

Going to the service centre to redownload the software, I get this (see screenshot). How can I get the software installed again?

Thanks John.

I've seen that and have made the amendments. However, the MusicMaker program doesn't seem to be on my computer any more - it seems like the first part of the patch uninstalled the program?

I don't know what version it was - I bought it in August 2020 when there was an offer on.

@Mark-Lewis You can just download the free Music Maker 2022 and install it and log into your user account to activate all your paid features. The upgrade would have done the same thing.

However there should be an option to download it when logged into an account on the website. I don't know why it's not showing unless another email was used when registering.
