@BobGourley-L Try to disable your firewall or Windows Defender temporarily.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @BobGourley-L .

There is a chance the unpacked installation files are in your Documents folder. Sometimes the install manager hangs when starting the actual installation but still unpacks the installer files, Look for a MAGIX Downloads folder. There should the x86 and 64 bit versions of SFAS, Music Maker, Ozone Elements and Update Notifier files. If you still cannot download with download manger with anti-virus disabled, ask and we can send you a link to download the unpacked files.\

I can't use Audio Studio 10 either so I can't do my editing.

Sound Forge 10 (both Pro and AS) are subject to an Elevated Privilege issue with the Windows 10 OS which can cause SF to not fully launch and then close. If that is the problem, look into this thread to run it as an administrator or 'tweak' the registry.

I was able to fix the download problem of Version 15. Apparently the download was running but I couldn't find it until I checked the top of the Desktop. Thanks for your tips.
