Magix and Xara, are 2 independent companies.

To attach a screen shot use the upload icon - blue circle with upward pointing arrow - in the toolbar at the top of the text entry box when posting.

If you purchase the Magix Xara Web Designer version the you can contact Support through the Support link at the top of the page - read this guide on how to raise a support ticket.

If you bought direct from Xara then you need to contact Xara support.
