Can't activate product with valid serial number get error 14

I want a response from Magix support, not the community. The support is the worst. First they say that you can try the product for free, but that is not true, so then they have you purchase the product and it still doesn't work and then there is no reasonable support provided. Please respond quickly or refund my money.

This is a user-to-user community, The moderators are not Magix employees and do not have access to any customer data. You need to contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues and such.

AFAIK, SF trial versions still runs for 30 days w/o purchase, Magix emails users a trial activation code to use. There are a few limitations though.
