Can't activate product

Hello, i have a problem, with activation my Sound Forge, we buyed it in december 2016, but when we try to activate them we got a message that voucher incorrect or gone, i try to write in all e-mail adresses of MAGIX company but i have'n got any reply, what we should to do in that situation, please help :(

I talk about Sound Forge Pro 11 Academic - ASF11099ESD. I hope that i can find some one who know, or reply from support, i can't write down from personal cabinet in web site  becouse i have no activate products, and activate product that i have i really cant)
 Its some insane happening, i more that 3 month trying to find answers, i even dont remember hove many e-mails i was send in different address, including a region reseller. I think time to learning german language, and then trying call in main office magix...

I don't think the academic version is any different from the standard SF Pro 11 release, except for the pricing. Can someone for Magix confirm this? Did you install the latest build (which I think is Build 345). If not, go to the Magix Download Center ( https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ ) reinstall, then try to register again... You will also need your serial number to download, which should be a 15 character alphanumeric string, starting with 17D (17D-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

I have a problem on take license code on step voucher code activation, and when i try to activate it on cabinet and get error( I mean i have no any serial number i have just voucher code

I downloaded the programm. Where is the serial number? I looked for it all over the programme and still cannot find it.

barlet: When Sound Forge is 'purchased' (for download), your activation serial number is usually sent via e-mail. If you purchased a disc, I suppose it would be on the disc or disc envelope. Contact 'Customer Service' at the above link.

Downloaded a trial version of Photo Manager and I registered it, but I can't open it because it keeps asking me to register. I got an activation code and used the code but it still won't open
