I have Sound Forge Audio Studio and Ozone 9 elements was included, but when I try to use it, it asks me for a serial number which I do not have. How do I activate it?

Third-party serial numbers are usually included in an email after purchase along with the SF serial number.
Log into the Magix Service Center and go to 'My Products'. If it is not available there, Contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues and such.
@rraud I am looking there, but there is only the serial for sound forge, not for Ozone.
I am not sure, maybe try the iZotope site. The initial serial numbers email from Maigix may have ended up in a spam folder.

yeah, I have the email, it only gives me serials for vegas and sound forge.
