Can't Activate Error 14

I deactivated 1 of 2 available licences. When attempting to install Photo and graphic designer on a new computer, I received error 14 and can't activate. The operating system is windows 10.

This generally means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

Check you are using the correct serial number for the version of P&GD you have installed.

You can check the details by logging into your account at magix.com and selecting My Products.
