I have been trying to get with someone about Acid 10 with no luck. I wonder if they closed down or something. Man I usually don't have to make this much effort to get feedback from a company. Thanks
Just for clarification: on what date did you open the ticket? When you say Magix has not responded, do you mean you have literally not even received an acknowledgement of your ticket, with a ticket number? If so, this is very unusual, in my experience. Sometimes, the "answer" to a support question may take several days, or even longer, but I have never not received any response at all.
That "automation email" would have included a Ticket Number. There is nothing to prevent you using that in a reply to that email to "remind" support you are still waiting!

Is your need to contact Magix Support the matter you raised in this post? If so, can I suggest returning to that thread and tagging @sheppo in it? He is an experienced user of Acid, and a moderator on the forum; he might be able to offer you some guidance as to whether you can do what it is you are asking.
