Can someone help me

Hi, I just got music maker 19 plus and am have problems getting it to load past the initialization window. I have loaded it on my laptop with windows 10 just to see if it was the software, but It works fine. The one that is giving me problems is trying to get it to work on my windows 7 laptop can someone please help me out I have music maker 14 on the windows 7 and it works fine but I cant figure out how to get the 19 plus to work

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there about both of your computers, since we may then be able to suggest why installation on one machine is possible but not on the other.

However, one immediate thought is that it may not be possible to install and register the app on two different machines; you will need to check the installed EULA and/or Magix web site to see if multiple installations are allowed.

Also, what, if any, error messages do you see when the installation fails; please quote them in full.

One other thought: does you Win 7 computer meet at least the minimum specifications needed to install and run the app? See this page.
