can not open a downloaded program

Hi I bought Music Maker premium 2021 for my son last christmas. We can download the program but have never been able to open it or run it. Why? Does anybody know? We have a Macbook Pro from 2015.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Music Maker, along with almost every other Magix program, is for Windows only so, unless you are also running Windows under something like Bootcamp on your MAC you will not be able to even install Music Maker.
