Can not fund my products in "My Products" page.

I tried to remove SOUND FORGE Pro 14 from my old PC(Windows 10), and install it on my new PC(Windows 11).

Today, I logged in to the MAGIX site and tried to deactivate SF14, but SF14 was not displayed in "My Products".

So I tried to register SF14 by entering the serial number and place of purchase and pressing the "Product registration" button, but the attached screen was displayed, saying that it was already registered with a different email address and could not be re-registered.

I was broken.

The e-mail address I entered must be the same as the e-mail address when I made the purchase.

How can I deactivate SF14?

@Mitsuru-Kozakai Please edit your post and remove your serial number because this is a public forum and this is your private information.

You can deactivate the software on your Windows 10 computer via the Help menu before uninstalling it.

You now have two different customer accounts with different e-mail addresses. You should still be able to deactivate and install Sound Forge on your Windows 11 computer if you log into your other customer account.

If you want to merge both accounts into a single account you can contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to do that for you.

To access your 'My products' in the Magix Service Center the log-in e-mail address (and password) must be the same used when you initially registered and activated your SF-14 app.

If all else fails, contact Magix customer service as was previously stated.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Mitsuru-Kozakai.
