Hi

When you connect the phone to the PC, does it have the option to set what the USB connection is doing?

I have to set my smartphone (not a Sony) to File transfer, the other options I have are USB charging and Photo transfer.

. . . . {213mn"kflalng"05837917} . . . .

This does not mean anything what is the full error message and error code if present?

I'm aware of this option of setting the USB port available for file transfer and all of it is done and allowed but the photo manager will not recognize the phone or will loose connection with. here are some screen shots. I was not able to duplicate the above mentioned error but I'm sure there was some senseless string of characters

photo manager will not recognize the phone or will loose connection

Quite clearly, as demonstrated by your first screenshot, PM is seeing your phone, but then connection is lost. What we don't know is what, exactly, is initiating this "disconnection"; it could be PM but it also could be your phone, especially if it has some kind of security software/firewall that interrupts connections it does not consider "safe". Indeed, it is possible that some security software on your computer is also breaking the connection.

It would probably be useful to know what security software, if any, you have installed on your phone and/or computer.

Hi Jeff, I use Webroot security software for more than 8 years without any problems. the same is installed on the phone as well. I'm having this connection problem with photo manager only. all of the rest imaging software I have will recognize and download the pictures. here are more screenshots with additional info. the first screenshot shows the manager looking/searching for deceive. this process will last for about 10 minutes? the second screenshot shows the code I mentioned in my first post with ID code if this would help for identify the problem. I think this is the photo manager software problem but any any other source I can think of.

@Asparuh-Asparuhov

Thank you for the additional screenshots.

I confess this problem is beyond my abilities to resolve; I am only another user!

I think you need to raise a support ticket, via the Contact button on the footer of every forum page, making sure to quote that specific error code shown in your last screenshot.
