On the edit tab of the burn menu should be a section 'Design Page' with has options for choosing menu background images, sound and video. These can be different for the main movie menu and for a chapters sub menu. There is an option to change the thumbnail image for each chapter but I don't know if it can be a video clip. The default for selecting an image file is for stills but you can change the file type filter to 'all files', I could select a video clip but it only shows a blank in the DVD menu preview window. Try it -- I've not time to do a burn tonight!

Added: Forgot doing just a short disc image. The background videos are fine but nothing for the little chapter thumbnail! :-(
