Don't you think it would be helpful if you told us exactly WHICH program you're asking about?
As far as I know, the answer would be NO. MAGIX programs are for creating and editing music, not scoring music. There are other companies that sell software for that purpose.

No. MAGIX is the name of the company that creates and sells the software. It is not the name of a program.
