Hi

Yes you can design multiple sites - each is a project in its own right which should be kept in seperate folders.  Do not try using one folder for all the website as this will lead to issues when publishing.

No MAC version is available - see here

Licencing conditions are 1 licence = 1 install on 1 computer.
