Can I use the vst instruments that I bought through MAGIX in other DAW

adam-swierczynski wrote on 2/16/2019, 10:26 PM

I am wondering if the instruments like Vita, Revolta, and any of the other vst instruments sold through MAGIX can be used in other DAWs. I tried copying the .dll to the VST folder for the other DAW but it did not work. How can I use these virtual instruments in another DAW?

where can you buy them for use with other DAW's?

@hazencruz

Hi

Magix VST instruments are locked to Magix programs only.

For any other DAW that is nota Magix product you will have to do the research.

@hazencruz

You will find that many DAW manufacturers lock their VST's to the own program. Why should they spend time and money to create something that other DAWs can use.

You will notice I have removed the expletives in your post above - language like that is not acceptable in the forum.

Yeah again they say I can't cuss if I'm insulting someone. Be sure to put rubber bumpers around the posts here, too, so the little children don't bump their heads.

This is not the first time that you have been asked to control your language when posting to the Magix forums.

Your latest post reads as extremely dismissive of the entirely correct words of a forum moderator.

Because of this, you are now blocked from using the forum for at least the foreseeable future.

hey @Thistof come back in here bro, don't delete it. I'll answer your question by explaining to you that the instruments i was taking umbridge with being locked to Magix, existed before Magix. Thjerefore Magix did not spend time and money on them.

@hazencruz You can easily buy the instruments separately, to use them in other DAWs. You can get Independence and it's premium library here:

You can find additional instruments, which are not included in the premium library here:
