From your previous post I assume you mean Vegas Movie Studio 16.
Very few of the older generation NB effects will work with Magix Movie Studio (MMS) 2023.
The versions you have may be locked to VMS 16, you can try installing and see if any appear, and are usable, in MMS 2023 under the Effects tab., if not they can be uninstalled.
Note - not all the effects may be usable if they appear.
