I have magix music maker 16 and was woundering if I could sell my own songs I made in it? I know a couple of people who could sell their own songs but is was a different program, so I was woundering if I cound do the same with this one.

If so, how do I go about doing it. (Do I need a Magix logo or somthing)

Yes...AS LONG AS they were created from your own original material and/or you have the expressed written permission to use any material created by someone else.  You do not have the license to use any material in the MAGIX soundpools (as well as videos and pictures) for commercial purposes (i.e. to sell).  This was recently changed in the last few months.

You need to read the EULA (End User's License Agreement) at the bottom of the webpage on the main MAGIX website - especially items 6 and 7.

No...you don't need a MAGIX logo.

Hello, go to Catooh, there you can buy licences for the samples you used...

Have a look.

That is true.  However, the license agreement is between the buyer and the individual owners of the media being purchased.  Therefore, it is impossible to say, in a general way, exactly what the extents and limitations of each individual license may be.  You would need to read and understand the license agreement for each media seller.
