To add to Procyon's comment the answer is  definite No.  Magix does not offer multi-user licenses unless you are a large corporation in which case you would need to negotiate that directly with Magix.  This type of license is not really commont in the consumer or semi-pro video editing software world.  Unlike Anti Viruse, or Disc utility software, you do not get to run it on multiple PCs.
