Hi,

You selected Movies on DVD. Is that the program that you are using? If not, which one and which version?

In Movie Edit Pro 2015 and before, you simply add your logo (as an image, I presume) to a higher numbered track where you want it to start, stretch it to where you want to finish (or stretch it over the entire video), resize and position it (Effects, Movement effects, Size/Position) and give it some transparency (drag the middle handle of the object towards the bottom).
