can I make ones speaking voice deeper in tone when recording

I would like to be able to modulate or deepen the tone of my voice when making a recording, how do i do this with Cleaning Lab 16 deluxe

I don't have ACL 16 Deluxe, but I'd say it probably doesn't have that function. ACL is not a dedicated audio EDITING software, so its functionality will be limited. It is mainly intended for "cleaning" and improving the sound of recordings that have issues. So, a pitch-shifting function is probably not included.

Assuming you did have a pitch-shifting feature, you would not be able to use it "while recording". It would not work in real time. It would only be an effect that would be applied after the fact.
