Can I make money from song made of paid or free loops

Hello there, I am a rookie in music business but I want to know 3 things about MM JAM :
  1. Can I make a portfolio and gain fame fair and square from MM JAM paid and free loops ?
  2. Can I make money from songs made by free and paid loops of MM JAM ?
  3. I have separate account on MM JAM and here on Magix, can we fuse these accounts ?

I want to buy 2700 beatpoints to purchase 8 different loops albums, and I am not sure if this is what I want.

Hi and welcome to the forum

See this topic at the top of the audio forum.

Points 1 and 2:

Issues likely to arise are:

Claims of plagiarism and/or Copyright infringement - this is unavoidable when using loops - copyright of the loops is retained by Magix, users only have a licence to use them for financial gain if the commercial licence has been purchased.

To avoid claims, and 'gain fame fair and square', your music must be original, composed and played by yourself using a program, such as Music Maker, which is capable of recording you playing an instrument eg guitar, piano etc, and also has MIDI Instruments available that can be played/scored.

Point 3 - you need to contact Magix Support through the link at the top of the page - this is a user to user forum.
