If you want a music CD which can be played on a CD player rather than a computer CD drive, the answer is No.

Music CDs for playing on a CD player must be 44.1kHz, 16 bit, "finalised" to include various "codes" and TOC which MEP is highly unlikely to be able to generate, I suspect.
