Burning to DVD

I have now been waiting for 4 hours for my project to burn to DVD. The project is 40min long, 2gb. I have been and done the shopping, filled the car up with gas and been to visit my sister in hospital, while my husband sat to wait for this DVD to finish burning. It says ' Cut 3 of 5 05:44:49 Encoding chapter menu 1'. I have used this program for a number of years and had no problems with burning. I upgraded to 2017 version. This sucks!!!!

Trying again to burn this DVD. Started at 4:45pm. It is now 9:04 pm. Have to cancel again. Anyone out there having the same problem since upgrading to Fotostory 2017? I also did an upgrade of the burn routines.
