Burning a DVD in Windows 10

I am using MEP 16 Plus HD and when I try to burn a DVD on my new Levono computer running Windows 10 , MEP does not recognise the burner. The burneer works as I can burn CDs. PC worl advise that the software must not be compatible with Windows 10. Any solutions please?

They are correct, MEP 16 is too old and not compatible with Windows 10 - you may also find that some other functions do not work.

This is a result of Microsoft changing the way Windows works since Windows 8.

You should upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version of MEP.
