Are the third party iZotope plugins bundled with Sound forge pro 15 basically trial ware or Demos that anyone can download as a trial through there own software Portal?
iZotope Ozone 9 Elements and RX8 Elements are not trial or free demo products. they are entry level budget-priced versions of the standard and advanced versions of Ozone 9 and RX8. See iZotopes webpage for more info about the Elements versions:
Both RX8 and Ozone 9 have trial versions available but they are most likely to be the standard versions, not Elements. Nonetheless, you could still get those trail versions and explore the features available in the Elements versions, but if you do that, I'd suggest to uninstall the trial versions before installing the Elements versions (if you go ahead and get them) to avoid conflicts with Elements. Interestingly, the Imager feature in Ozone 9 Elements is also a free plugin offered by iZotope:
Thank You for your reply. I'm just a bit confused since, after I installed and registered Sound Forge Pro 15 yesterday, I see the Rx8 Audio Icon on my Desktop, click on it and it asked me to authorize the software. I already have Ozone8 and Imager2 in my iZotope product portal from previous and RX8 Audio Audio Shows as a 10 day trial and Ozone9 Elements shows up as a "Full Trial"(whatever that means). So I'm wondering if I'm being prompted to purchase these 2 bundled softwares to "augment" my Sound Forge pro 15 experience?
The confirmation email you would have received from MAGIX re the Sound Forge Pro 15 purchase would have in addition to giving you the serial number for Sound Forge Pro, it also follows on with serial numbers for RX8 Elements and Ozone 9 Elements.
If the email does not give you the iZotope SNs, you would need to contact MAFIX Support via the convoluted contact process at https://www.magix.info/us/support/interview/?tid=3 which first goes through a Q&A procedure.
