BSOD Page Fault in Windows 10 - Impossible even to BUY support.

I purchased and successfully installed and run Samplitude Pro X4 Suite. However, the MusicMaker and Sound Forge programs that were bundled with Samplitude don't work. Each of them causes a BSOD immediately upon opening. The error message says "Page Fault in non-paged area."

I have no other software that causes this error.

I actually paid my $12.99 for phone support but every time I dial the number and put in my code the phone rings a few times and then it hangs up me.

Can anyone help? If not with the BSOD / Page fault maybe you have some tricks about actually getting to speak to support?

This recent Sound Forge forum post is similar to yours. I recommended contacting customer service, Magix CS can probably help with your phone support issue. btw, Customer Service is not tech support.
