Bring Forward Distortion Effect in Sound Forge AudioStudio 17

Hi there,

I recently upgraded to SoundForge Audio Studio 17 from Audio Studio 12.6 and from what I can see, the "Bring Forward" distortion effect that was present in Version 12.6 is no longer present in Version 17. This effect was rather useful for projects that I was working on.

Would anybody be able to tell me if there is an external plug-in of this distortion effect that can be downloaded for use with V17, or if any of the effects in V17 serve the same purpose as the Bring Forward effect?

Please forgive me as I am relatively new to sound engineering, but any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am sure there are some free (or otherwise) VST (2 or 3) plug-ins available. They may be called, 'Exciter' or 'Character' though. I am not familiar with the SF-12 "Bring Forward" effect. Sound Forge 12 Audio Studio was a unique one-time build.
