Hi

. . . . used a trial of magix movie edit many years ago and liked the equalizer visual effect which synced with music . . . .

The visuals which synced to the audio were removed from Movie Edit MX (2011) and later versions, to be replaced with video loops also called 'Visuals'.

The program has changed considerably internally since then having a major 'engine' change with MEP 2020 followed by 2 significant upgrades to it.

Without sufficient demand for the 'live' visuals, they are not likely to return.

There are many Visualizers, some free, available on the Internet that do the same job - Google 'visuals generator synced to music'.
