Paid through Amazon. Downloaded, Got a serial # and won't work. Help. Is there a Telephone # I can call? This was for Movie Studio 16 Platinum . Got other ( Vegas DVD Architect & New Blue Transitions) both loaded fine and work. But really wanted the Movie Studio and it don't work.
Bought through Amazon and my serial # doesn't work.
