I got the Melodyne.... because the key came in an email. Serum??? Where are you? the main reason for the upgrade was for a free copy of Serum... Its A STEAL of a deal.

I am having the same problem. I don't seem to have received any email and can't find anything in my Magix account. The assistance pop up is quite useless at providing answers too. If any Magix staff read this it's obvious you are doing something wrong when people can not find loops or software and have to ask on the forum. Please fix it so it's intuitive and easy.

I guess this answers the question I just posted before I realized someone else had the same problem. In my case I downloaded the trial and I can't find Serum. I don't think I have VariVerb either and I'm unsure if the effects I have are the 'coreFX mastering' ones. I was concerned that if I pay at the end of my trial, I might still not have Serum. Seems like people who paid are still not seeing Serum. I'm going to wait until there's some official answer before I pay.

I just found out Serum is exclusively for Suite. I have AP10, not Suite.

False! The comparison table clearly shows that Serum is not included in ACID Pro 10, but included only in the Suite.
