Boris plugins 2021 can't be installed

Hi all!

I bought Sony Vegas 19 and I got free boris plugins. I bought 14 March.

But I just decided to download it now, but the links sent in my e-mail are not working. I can't download the plugins. Which is strange because the link says they are valid for 90 days, and 90 days haven't passed yet.

Is there anything I can do? Thx
