Boris FX Update will not register

I received an update for Borix FX and ran the update. After the install it Asked for an activation Key. the web site will not accept my serial number or generate an activation code. I went to my original purchase information and none of it is accepted.

I don't think Magix owns Borix, but if it did, you'd probably want to post your comment on another forum.
