I own Boris FX Continuum Complete 2025.5.1, so am on their email list.

Today, I got this email from Boris FX:

"We’ve got some great news to share: Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio are now part of Boris FX.

We're very excited by this and want you to know that the software you trust is in safe hands. The entire team, including developers, engineers, product leadership, and support staff, has made the move. We’ve formed a new subsidiary in Germany to support this transition; longtime team members Thomas Wolf and Sven Kardelke will lead as co-CEOs of Boris FX Germany GmbH.

What does this mean for you?

Simply put: Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio are here to stay, and they’re about to get even better. With the backing of Boris FX, development will speed up, bringing you more frequent updates, cutting-edge new features (including AI-powered tools), and continued innovation. Support remains seamless, now with an even larger global team behind you. Most importantly, the products will continue to deliver the precision, reliability, and quality you’ve always counted on.

We’ll be sharing more details later this summer. In the meantime, we’ve answered a few common questions below. For now, just know that your trust in Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio remains well-placed.

Thanks for being part of the journey. We’re excited for what’s next.

All the best,

Boris Yamnitsky

Founder & CEO, Boris FX"

They have some FAQ's at the end of the email. I can provide that info if wanted.

@Reyfox This info was out in speculative form for some weeks by now. It looks like they took over the same developers that developed Samplitude/Sequoia in Dresden. So there is no knowledge drain, which is good. I think Samplitude/Sequoia will be fine.
