@LFCS Hi,

Add Gaussian blur (or any effect) to your media,

Top right Load Effects Mask,

Use Size/Position/Rotation to resize & position that mask,

If you want to blur multiple parts of the screen, Export that frame from the timeline as a jpeg or png, then use a picture editor to create a black & white jpeg, you'll be able to then use that as a mask,

@LFCS You can add multiple masks to the timeline, unlink the video from the audio using the chain icon bottom of the preview screen, duplicate your media (press & hold down Ctrl & drag your media to duplicate it) , add an effect such as a blur, then use your own custom masks or use the Magix ones, add Chromakey - Alpha to the mask, there's a little white arrow at the start of the mask on the timeline that inverts the mask alpha,

On my PC the Magix masks are in - C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\Movie Studio Platinum Content\UserVideoEffects\VideoEffects\EffectAlphaMasks

@LFCS

Hi

Another methods is described in this tutorial here, if you need static blurred areas ognore the keyframing.

Note this was made with an earlier version of Magix Movie Studio then known as Movie Edit Pro, the principles still apply.

Thank you to all of you to help and support, there were good suggestion on how to achieve, with difficult level high enough for a beginner, having background on DAW, I have to take my time to adjust myself.

However for me that I am a beginner I've found Gid process simpler to implement and straight out of the box, which gave me confidence in the product moving on. I will explore more feature as I go and get familiar with the application.

Thank you and have a good day
