The closest I can find to the Multiply effect is Effects tab, Video Effects, Presets, Video mix effects, Mix and apply this to the lower of the two objects (video or image) stacked one below the other on the timeline.

Compared to the multiply effect the resultant image tends to lighten however this can be compensated for using the Brightness/contrast effects.
