Assuming you mean you want a single audio file from the cut source file - export it into the format you require - File, Export....

There may be other ways, but I've used the "Copy Objects" and "Inserting Objects" functions for doing this.  As long as you keep MusicMaker open, it will hold/remember whatever's on the Clipboard even when you start a new (or different) project.  It's cumbersome, but it does work.  Is this the kind of thing you're looking for?

Disclaimer: my experience is with Loops in the Arranger.  Whether this works with Effects or midi stuff, I don't know.
