Hi,

I couldn't reproduce that here in MEP17.

Exactly what steps are you taking to achieve the crop?

Does this happen with any two JPGs in a fresh project?

Is it just a single pixel black line, or perhaps a narrow border?

As recommended in the post at the top of this page

a screenshot would help.

I used the "section" function to crop the desired area of the JPG. I then overlayed the cropped image over the full-screen image.  When I do that, there is a thin black line on top and on the left side of the cropped image.

I exported a JPG of the screen and found that the black lines did not appear in the exported image.  I suppose as long as they don't appear in the finished product, I can live with that.

Thank you for you input.
