A month ago I bought a Vegas 19 - 365 from the Magix Shop. So I am posting here on the Magix company forum.
This morning it stopped working. I checked on two of my computers and it shows the same message. I have done everything. I have reset the internet, reinstalled vegas, turn off firewall, and nothing help.
I work as a video editor, now I can't do it, so its very big problem for me.
Please help MAGIX urgently! It's not right that I have to miss a whole day of work!
I wrote to infoservice@magix.net but got no help. Help should be given online! That's how it is with other programs I have.
