Sorry to hear about your problem with installing the loops. If you give us a lot more detail in any reply of exactly what you are seeing/not seeing happen it might be possible for another user on the forum to give you some useful assistance.

In the meantime, have you tried contacting Support via this page?

Mr. Moderator, the contact link you supplied and all other such links I found on the website are dead - and every e-mail address I've tried sending to has come back undeliverable... (I'm having issues with a program I've had for years that now won't even launch.) How are we to contact anyone?

I just tested the link provided in my previous reply to this thread. The first page opened gives this message:

Allowing that to automatically forward, or clicking on the provided link leads to:

which is the page I would expect to see (I have highlighted the various options available to go further).

Do you not see either of these pages open?

It is working now. Previously I would get the first redirect page, and then a server generated error page.
