beatbox pro not working after installation

I bought magix maker 2022. unfortunately beatbox and virtual keyboard is not functioning at all.

@AUNGZAW-HTOO Which audio driver is selected in the program settings? Have you tried the ASIO driver Magix Low Latency and configured it with a click on the "Advanced" button?
