batch converter SF15

I want to invoke a Fab Filter pro q 3 preset on just the left channel and then invoke a different Fab Filter pro q 3 preset on the right channel. It took me a while to figure out that only effect chains would even be available to set up.

I can set up effect chain with what I want as the 'more' box provides a channel selector.

But Batch Converter doesn't work with saved chains only saved presets.... And I can't find the equivalent in a preset.

I've got 500 hundred of these so getting the batch to work is crucial. I know that I could have done this pre SF-10 but the old version doesn't support 64bit plug-ins and I want to use the Fab Filter Pro Q 3.

Thanks in advance.

I've made some progress. I can dial in which channel I want to effect with Fab Filter Pro Q 3 in the preset so this solves my first problem.

Ideally I'd like to run a maximizer on just the right channel but neither Fab Filter nor iZotope supports working on only one channel.

Very confusing.... I've created a plugin preset. If I load the plug-in I see the saved preset. In the Batch Converter I load the plug-in. Then I try to load the saved preset. It is not in the drop down list.

After I have modified the Batch preset I want to save it. I'm presented with a blank name field. This is a save/saveas situation. Why is this so primitive?

Hello @daudioguy, we're currently working on fixing many issues related to the Batchconverter in SFP15, as well as related issues with presets and VST Plug-ins. The update should be ready in ~2 weeks. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!

that would be great, I'm willing to test the beta if that is an option....
