Bar Ruler - Hidden / Shrunk?

For some reason, the bar ruler seems broken; it's fixed at arbitrary spots. Left or right Clicking it does nothing. Changing the view doesn't fix it, nor does restarting the computer or the program. However, it seems to be working fine on OTHER songs, so it appears to be related to this song file somehow.

Try clicking on the small double arrow in the bottom right corner of the track windows that optimizes the view. You can also press SHIFT+F12.

If this doesn't help you need to reset the layout by clicking on the menu View > Default Layout or pressing F4.

Didn't see any double arrows, but the Shift F+12 did the trick. Thank you!
