Quite simply, SF MAC will not install or run under any MAC OSX from Catalina onwards.

Thank you for clarifying this point. I guess my concern is that since this is a well-known problem that goes back to Mac Catalina in 2019, and Magix realizes that Sound Forge Mac 3 is non-functional on the Mac ... then why is Magix still advertising Sound Forge Mac 3 and selling it today as if it's a production product that works? Doesn't that sound a bit dishonest to you? It certainly does to me.

@RonP Magix writes on its website which versions of Mac OS are necessary to be able to run Sound Forge
