Bad crumb on start up

I have just purchased Sound Forge Pro for Mac yesterday and downloaded it to my 2017 MacBook Air. When I open the program I get a message pop up saying 'Bad Crumb - Failed setting up crumbs'. When I click on 'OK' on this message window, it just closes the whole program. I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone got any ideas or experience of this?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Please read this pinned post. SF MAC is not usable with any version of OSX from Catalina onwards, sorry. I suggest you ask Magix for a refund on your purchase, unless you are willing to downgrade your OS.
