BAD CRUMB????

Just updated my Mac to Catalina, now I'm unable to open up Sound Forge. The Bad Crumb error shows up and automatically shuts down.

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4, MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), 2.4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Please Help!

It is not compatible with Catalina and there will very likely never be a compatible version. Your only chance is to use an earlier version of Mac OS.

One way to run it is to install macOS Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, etc. as a virtual machine using Parallels or VMware Fusion. This is a workaround until Magix decides whether or not the Mac line will continue🤔🤔🤔

I have tested it today with Parallels and it works!!!. I installed Sound Forge Pro for Mac in Mojave virtual machine and also installed the driver for my sound card. Here is a link to a video explaining how to do it.
