The answer to this question kinda goes hand in hand with the answer to your other question regarding the replay of songs on individual pages of your website versus one song playing in the background of your entire website project. Once again, the key is what page/layer of your project you place the elements on. You can switch around between those in the "Pages" panel on the left-hand side of your Website Maker editing screen. The "Background" layer has a special significance and the contents on it will be displayed as background to everything else. Mostly, you want some kind of consistency throughout your website's pages and if you start out from one of the templates this will always be given. However, you could have an individual background for each page. You would just have to insert the desired pictures and decorative elements into the individual pages. You could cover up the content from the background layer or leave the background layer empty.
