Background music won't play, help

The background music won't play when previewing the slideshow. I have made sure that the music is in MP3 format and not directly from Itunes.

Hi,

You need to make sure that the audio track in PhotoStory is not muted (I assum that you have checked that your sound card is not muted.

In story board mode it may look like this

In time line mode make sure the volume is high enough.
