AVCHD audio video sync

I have Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus. Whenever I try to play AVCHD movies, the audio plays at normal speed, but the video plays at double speed, so the video finishes quickly and the audio carries on at normal speed. Why is this???

There might be in issue with the codec. I have got version 16 and do not have a problem. Did you capture the videos already with MEP?

Yes, please try this. MEP 15 Plus should work with Win7. Do you use Win7.

I have now solved this problem - I downloaded the latest software version online and it now all works OK.
